Project Walks -To ensure quality control and satisfaction, we provide a customer facing assessment of our installations.

Ongoing Service and Warranty - Our promise of a long-term relationship, ensuring customers get the most out of their investment with minimal interruption. We will provide you with exact details of the warranties on your products. The Herman Miller 12-year, three-shift warranty covers everything including parts and labor. We understand the warranties on your products and will work with our manufacturers to quickly resolve issues.

Customer Surveys - We appreciate our customers and value their feedback. We read every survey and respond to any and all needs that arise.

Certified Technicians - Our professional service technicians are Herman Miller certified and have a minimum of 12 years’ experience. They are equipped to make most furniture repairs on site.

Regular Updates on Service Status - Each request will receive a minimum of three points of communication throughout the process of your repair.
