I was very happy with the overall experience. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that we were getting what we wanted. The design met our standards and the person who helped us pick out colors/fabrics made it very easy with a lot of suggestions but no pressure. The installation of the furniture went very quickly and smoothly. Delivery was on time and well communicated. We enjoyed the experience overall!
Your staff is very professional—starting with the sales and design staff right through to the installation crew. I’ve tried other vendors for systems furniture, but they don’t compare favorably with your staff at all. I’m always happy when the consensus is to use Henriksen/Butler because I know and trust your product and your staff.
